i had a v long talk and cry with my mama on the phone and quite frankly i dont think i would be...

i had a v long talk and cry with my mama on the phone and quite frankly i dont think i would be alive without her. she is the most understanding, resilient and selfless person i know and i wish i was half the person she is and i just look up to her so much!!!! and i wish i hadnt been so naive and just generally unpleasant and selfish when i was younger esp. when she had to deal with a lot of crap from other ppl. she went through years of fighting for an AVO for her sexual abuse case and then depression and then more recently a messy separation from my dad- and with all these incidents many of her friends and family abandoned her when she needed help the most. and even on top of all the hardships she went through she still managed to make time to look after me and make me happy and do things for me especially when it was an inconvenience. i was so stubborn and i wish i had realised all this and i wish i had helped her and im still so stubborn tbh and she STILL frickin helps me through everything. i feel so lucky to have her in my life but at the same time i have been very unappreciative of her. i love my ma so much and im changing my ways every day and trying to make up for all the years i wasnt there for her even though i know nothing i do will even amount to half of the selfless acts she's performed for me.
